Zoomâ€™s API allows up to 100 webinar create or update requests per host each UTC day. The current budget appears at the top right.

Zoom-native reminder email

This schedule uses Zoom to send its standard reminder at the selected offset. To add text to Zoom’s reminder email, edit the reminder in Zoom: Webinars → select the webinar → Email Settings → Reminder email → Edit. Zoom’s API does not let this app set that email text, so no separate SMTP reminder is sent.

Zoom Meeting registration

Meetings use Zoom registration and confirmation settings. Zoom meeting registrations are added one attendee at a time. The connected Zoom Server-to-Server OAuth app needs meeting:write:admin and meeting:read:admin scopes. Meeting reminders are managed separately in Zoom.

Zoom capacity check

Connect your Zoom account and load host capacity before creating a schedule.

Zoom sends reminders at fixed offsets of 1 hour, 1 day, or 1 week. The preview shows the exact times.

Reverse schedules

Only schedules verified against Zoom and attendee registrations are marked verified.

Zoom API does not expose per-webinar reminder subject/body fields. Zoom admins can customize templates in the web portal; app-based reminders use SMTP. See README for Zoom-native configuration guidance.
